Family Worth Celebrating — Balloon Art

This art is a fun and unique way to remember your ancestors year-round.

There are so many different ways that you can use the balloon art. Here are a few examples:

• Frame the art, find a spot to hang it in your home and then tape balloons with your ancestor’s names and birthdates to the glass every month.
  Tip: Save the balloons, making the next year even easier!
• Instead of putting all the balloons up at once, wait until the ancestor’s actual birthday to tape up their balloon.  This will help kids get to know individual ancestors better and it makes the fun last longer!
• Instead of taping the balloons to glass, glue them on to the page and save them in a scrapbook or 3 ring binder.  You could even add photos and stories to create a memory book!
