Your Purchase Includes:
- RIGHTS to print a high resolution digital file (NOT alterable) of your personalized Ancestral Family Tree, as shown above, the structure and branches of the tree will NOT alter, only the text. The file and art remains the property of Branches, but you have permission to print file as many times as you like. You may take them to the printer of your choice, or have us print them.
- Customizing of your Priesthood Line
- Purchase does NOT include any research. You must be prepared to provide all names and dates. You can request your Priesthood Line from the LDS Church HERE.

Digital File Terms of Use:
- The art and file remain the sole property of Branches, the file that you receive via email allows you to print the file yourself as many times as you like.
- The file is for Personal Use Only.
- The file may NOT be sold or used for any type of profit.
- The file is a flat, JPEG file (non-vector), sized to your preference, you may NOT alter the file in any way.
- You may print the file as many times as you like. Prints may be given as gifts to others, but the file must remain with the original purchaser.
Turnaround Times :
All turnaround times start AFTER we receive BOTH, payment AND name submissions. Turnaround times are subject to change based on communication time, and other unforeseen issues. We are usually on the quicker side, but during the Holidays and other busy times, we can be running longer than stated. Feel free to contact us if you need to know a more specific time frame.
- Digital Files take approximately 3-5 Business Days (M-F) to receive your PROOF, after you have reviewed your proof, you will receive your High Resolution File in approximately 1-3 Business Days.
- If you order a print(s), turnaround time is approximately 3-7 Business Days. **That time is added AFTER the High Resolution Digital File is completed.
- If you order a frame package, turnaround time is approximately 1-4 Weeks, depending on if we have to special order your frame. **That time is added AFTER the High Resolution Digital File is completed.
- Shipping time is separate from the times listed above.
Proofing:
After your names are submitted, we will send you a low resolution file for proofing purposes. At that point we will make any changes that need to be made, and send a new proof, if needed. After a proof is approved, we cannot be held responsible for the cost of any reprinting if the customer finds error(s) after printing. If any errors are found after delivery of the file and/or print(s), we are happy to fix those errors and send you a new DIGITAL file, free of charge, within 1 month of the date that your proof was approved. After 1 month has passed, you will be charged $5 to pull up a file and make minor change(s). *Major changes are subject to a larger fee*
Refunds:
Due to the custom nature of these art pieces, all orders are non-refundable. Please make your purchases carefully and feel free to ask us any questions that you might have before purchase. We will do all that we can to ensure that you are more than pleased with your final product!
