We have a simple way for you to submit your names. Click on the link below for all of the details.
If you would like different sizes or more than one print of your tree, order the “Digital File Only” and then add the print(s) to your cart separately.
Here are some printing size recommendations for this tree. Click on the size for the listing.
- The art and file remain the sole property of Branches, the file that you receive via email allows you to print the file as many times as you like.
- The file is for Personal Use Only.
- The file may NOT be sold or used for any type of profit.
- The file is a flat, JPEG file (non-vector), sized to your preference, you may NOT alter the file in any way.
- You may print the file as many times as you like. Prints may be given as gifts to others, but the file must remain with the original purchaser.
Turnaround Times :
All turnaround times start AFTER we receive BOTH, payment AND name submissions. Turnaround times are subject to change based on communication time, and other unforeseen issues. We are usually on the quicker side, but during the Holidays and other busy times, we can be running longer than stated. Feel free to contact us if you need to know a more specific time frame.
- Digital Files take approximately 3-5 Business Days (M-F) to receive your PROOF, after you have reviewed your proof, you will receive your High Resolution File in approximately 1-3 additional Business Days.
- If you order a print(s), turnaround time is approximately 5-7 Business Days AFTER the High Resolution Digital File is completed.
- Shipping time is separate from the times listed above.
- If you have a specific deadline, please contact us and we will do all that we can to accommodate.
After your names are submitted, we will email you a low resolution file for proofing purposes. At that point we will make any changes that need to be made, and send a new proof, if needed. After a proof is approved, we cannot be held responsible for the cost of any reprinting if the customer finds error(s) after printing. If any errors are found after delivery of the file and/or print(s), we are happy to fix those errors and send you a new DIGITAL file, free of charge, within 1 month of the date that your proof was approved. After 1 month has passed, you will be charged $5 to pull up a file and make minor change(s). *Major changes are subject to a larger fee*
Full refunds are available within 14 days of purchase IF we have not started on your order. If your order has been started, we will not issue a refund. After 14 days, but no later than 3 months, if we have not started on your order, you may exchange your order for credit towards another item, but we will not be able to send you a cash refund. We appreciate your business so much and will always do everything we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order!
