2019 Holiday Deadlines

Christmas is coming fast, and we are already very BUSY!  If you would like to place an order for Christmas, here are our deadlines:

NOTE: WE WILL DO ALL THAT WE CAN TO FINISH ALL ORDERS!  Including orders placed after deadlines, but please be courteous and patient. This is by far our busiest time of the year and we work around the clock to squeeze as many of your orders in as possible. We recommend that you respond to emails as quickly as possible. We always handle emails in the order that they are received, but don’t be alarmed if it takes us a few days to respond.

  • For Family Trees (DIGITAL FILES ONLY) –  NOVEMBER 30, 2019 – Place order AND submit your names by November 30th to get your file by December 18th, giving you a few days to get them printed.  All orders are filled in order of when we receive your names.  For any orders taken after the 30th, we will do ALL that we can to complete them, but the sooner you order the better.
  • Family Trees that include Printing and/or Framing – NOVEMBER 27, 2019 – Place order AND submit your names by November 16th with standard shipping rates.  Orders placed after that, but before November 30th may be subject to additional expedited shipping rates, but we won’t charge you that unless it becomes necessary.

***We will be taking a much needed break between December 23rd – January 12th and will not be available until January 12th, any orders placed during that time will be held until January 12th.

Closing for 2 Weeks

Branches will be closing for 2 weeks, March 4th – March 16th, 2019. We will be out town for a wedding and our storefront is getting a mini remodel! We are sorry for the inconvenience that this may cause.

Any orders placed during this time will be filled ASAP when we reopen on March 18th.

January Print & Update Sale!

Every January, I get many emails from customers who have either created or received a tree for Christmas only to realize that they have made an error and it was not caught in the proofing process. This is so common and understandable because FamilySearch and other sources can have incorrect information and our memories are just not always that great either! I want my customers to be 100% happy with final outcome of their tree, so last year we started an annual January Print Sale and this year it is even better! We have lowered our printing prices very close to our own cost so that we can do our best to get those mistakes fixed OR so that you can make extra copies of your tree at an amazing discount! This is also a great time to purchase a tree for the first time if you would like to have us print it! View our Fine Art Printing HERE. *Note that the discount will show at Checkout.

Branches, getting back to our roots!

We can be inspired all day long about temple and family history experiences others have had. But we must do something to actually experience the joy ourselves.

Last week was LDS General Conference.  If you don’t know what that is, it is a Semi-Annual Broadcast of our Church’s (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints) Leaders.  Each Leader gives messages for the members of the Church to help them in their daily life.

I particularly enjoyed the talk “Family History and Temple Work: Sealing and Healing” given by Elder Dale G. Renlund.  At first, I mainly just enjoyed it, because of my love for Genealogy and Family History work.  But later in the week, Continue reading Branches, getting back to our roots!
